nope. I bought Pavilion Hilltop at ~$850psf

Hi All,

I was informed that the second tower will be launched to public on 7th Dec.

Question - I was dealing with a sales agent from CBD, she told me CBD is one of the few property agency appointed by UEM Sunrise.

But is there any difference if I buy the unit directly from UEM Sunrise sales agent or through this so called exclusive appointed property agency?

HI , not that i awared of , i just checked with them, as 2nd tower won't launch until next year.
The agent will engage to sell those unit that left over , normally, should just purchase from Sales exec there.

That is what they sales agent told me, even asking me to prepare a check for booking if im interested.

I am abit skeptical, I met her at the property roadshow at One U and followed with an appointment at the sales gallery. I filled up a booking form and was asked to wait till the second tower 2 is launched.

Anyone in this forum that actually bought from property agency?

Well, to be safe side , just walk to the gallery and ask for UEM sunrise sales exec . That's all.
For some reason , when i went to symphony hill by sunrise UEM , all properties are engaged by CBD.

Highly unlikely.

Dibs abolished, price cant increase that much with lesser rebate...
