oh, confirm price wouldn't come cheap. Its sandwiched between Vista Kiara and Laman Suria with two entrances, 1 facing Kiara 3 the other facing jalan Kiara 4. Just walk across Jln Kiara 4 right opposite is the famous arcoris.

Price should be about RM800 psf... so it is above 1.5 mil.

Yeah.. with Sunrise on it... i doubt it will be lower than what Bro accetera suggested...
If 800psf is reasonable but the size... it wont be easy to rent out such big size condo... doh.gif

I think this so-called "not-so-high-density" project is mainly catering to:

- famlies that buying for own stay in MK address
- expats that staying in MK would love to buy property in Msia for stay longer period
- returning Malaysians from overseas
- overseas investors particularly Singaporeans and other Asians (my Lord, the size is big and is cheap)
