heard from UEM agent, phase 2 will be launching in April. Not sure how much the price will be increased compare to phase 1.

The SA said at least Rm850 psf before discount. But incentives won't be as good as phase I. That's what was told to me during their cny open house. Saw the ad last week informing phase I have been fully sold.

Just curious, anyone had their loan been disbursed already? My banker wrote to me saying they'll cancel the hl if no such request yet.

Received invitation for the appreciation dinner on 17 April. Will go but asked to bring cheque book along as block b will be open for booking.

Block b starting rm850 psf. Discount is 8+2+x, x=loyalty program of sunrise.

with the 2millions condo house strata title..i'll rather stay at landed individual title leh...wat do u think?

2mil condo VS 2mil Semi-D ?

a nice real luxury condo macam mk seni.
people don't mind to pay 1.5mil- 2mil to stay. sibeh nice man....

my friend just both 1 seni unit 1.5+mil own stay. the materials for house accessories macam window frame, kitchen, toilet...etc provided by seni developer seriously top notch.

after compare with uem sunrise project. mk28, mk11 can balik kampung. i think this resi 22 also more or less can balik kampung. lousi mediocre materials.
