1700-2000psf still got upsides in SG? I don't think so...
Back to this Resi 22, surprise to see good response despite majority units are blocked by surrounding blocks....only sell on mk location and sunrise branding

Let MK do all these big sizes for that it will shy away those small time flipper/investors.
