you are very detailed in that area . Actually, compare to mk 28 , all these has been taken care off , and no worry. Hopefully, those items can be carry over to mk 22 , but then hard to say .

1700-2000psf still got upsides in SG? I don't think so...

Back to this Resi 22, surprise to see good response despite majority units are blocked by surrounding blocks....only sell on mk location and sunrise branding

I dont know if its just me, r22 is 650-700 psf and this is real MK, by a known brand compare to dunno ah beng dev in some other less classy area also asking similar if not higher psf...not suprising if u ask me.

precisely , can't expect more wth this prce and location , nearby intl school , nearby acroris next time with much more conviences . a good location with more blocks is almost unavoidable .

it is high for this location and at this time. neaxt to it is Skyline residences, around $16xx... launched long ago and only half sold. i dont like the location, see it to believe (although near to MRT and shopping mall).

Lets admit it just because it caters for larger layout doesnt mean it will appeal to evryone. Let MK do all these big sizes for that it will shy away those small time flipper/investors.

Unless if u want a piece of it, with smaller quantum
