hear say from Ho C S son ( at one property launching event )said the alignment most likely go to uniten, ioi mall putrajaya due to less land aquisation ( cost less and construct faster ) need comparing if go to Tman University. cry.gif

also with all the construction going on. heavy machinery just next to your house, kids, other property. absolutely nightmare.

sometime rail track is just few meters from your house. But mrt station is on the other side which walking / driving few kms. doh.gif . property price not up but drop kau kau immeditely
