Pls sell to me if he doesn't want. MRT coming here, whole 5km radius will boom. In fact the big boom is at least 300m-to-5km away from MRT.

The road is near Sungai Besi toll, one of the biggest toll in bolehland...........so the road very wide to suite the toll

after the road, is some buffer land, fence up. after that is the back side(back door) of the shoplot, the bridge can land here (around 70m) but the walker will difficult to go out. If the bridge land after the shoplot, it will took roughly 100m

where got 100m? 200m atleast.

Just my thoughts on the matter - no personal or vested interest whatsoever.

Surely, there will be huge sums of termination ad administrative costs involved - which will likely offset any 'savings' to be made. And to make it worse, the end result will be a reduction in quality and scope - which is adverse to the Rakyat in the longer term.

Simply put, the time and effort for this fiasco could have been better spent elsewhere. I don't have a detailed cost and benefit analysis - but the feeling is we Rakyat will receive the shorter end of the stick, as a whole.

Agreed with one poster above - impression is this is all drama and Wayang in a political effort to discredit the previous govt (which we do not need anymore of - the election results speak for itself already)
