any latest news on this MRT 2..it looks pretty quiet after the news government approved the MRT2, but yet to see the proposed allignment ?

Cyberjaya is the BB of our ex-prime minister...
current prime minister is focus on KL....means within 30km radius from KL city....dont you all noticed ?
so the best winner is still CHERAS...especially the LEFT side of Cheras (bkt jalil side).

Normal financed through DANAinfra bond with 4% interest...2 series had been published..i dont think source of fund is an issue...

is MK really good ? there are really high density...with highway run through even between the building....! ?
actually i m doubt whether that piece of land can sustain huge amount of pressure with tons of highrise building and overhead road...
anybody know the headcount/per sqft over there ? i recon it is one of the most high density in kl..
sooner or later, those expatriate will move out to bkt bintang/cochranne/bandar malaysia area when all MRT/HSR to SG finished.

v should look at the actual fact and on going development and plan of infrastructure couple with distance to KL city center..

which area still have the same criteria ?

Cheras jam situation will improved when all the MRT line and highway finished...But PJ...without new MRT line..i might getting worse...

Kajang probably yes...foressen..cheras llimited land...
south puchong..dont have any new infra so far...i doubt it will pick up

rimbayu or kota kemuning ? i doubt the development will reach there in this few years...probably 10yrs later after the city center fully develop, the infra only start there...

is PJ folks wealthier ? i am not sure on that, since most of their houses are at least 30+yrs..still have lot of single storey house...

if on Damansara side up to Bandar utama..probably can say better...

probably the immediate beneficiary is setia alam...not supprised also, SP setia and SIME DARBY have huge project there...
earlier on i also curious will they go to the other side of shah alam klang where not much GLC have interest there, only the alam impian by sime.
the rest are ioi/gamuda/etc...
