now the development is focus on CITY CENTER bukit bintang area...the immediate point is CHERAS..because government have lot of land redevelop over there..unlike PANDAN/SENTUL...mostly are housing area...less attractive...

price in Cheras going to fly...with 2 MRT line.

yes...ALAMDAMAI/DAMAI PERDANA, whole stretch along jalan alam damai benefit the most..at least 2 station there...
couple with SUKE highway.....+ MRT 1 at cheras central, just at entrance of lenseng/alam damai...

those part at tmn muda side are more run down old house.."cheras kia" stay there...this part is middle to upper level Mont Cheras...

MRT 2 and circle line wont be too far..the TRX 1 MDB project at cochranne/jalan tun razak need circle line to success, it link with the HSR to singapore as well.
