1. my unit is 1st row from North facing South and unit no 1x or. It 150m from HTC cable (around 450 feet to 500 feet), is it safe for investment?
2. Can you guys share with me, what is the main reason you guys think Elmina is a good investment and good place for own stay?

I am a scientist, and it is against my scholarly conscience and civic responsibility to not say this: Extended exposure to high EM field (e.g. HTC) is very harmful to all beings, this is an incontrovertible fact.

The grey area, and a contentious one since it is causally directly related to the living conditions of folks, is the question of what is the safe distance. This is the kind of things we entrust our govenment to protect us. There are different grade of HTCs; and of course the safe distance would be different. To use some arbitrary numbers for the purpose of illustration, say there are 2 grades -- 500 V and 300 V, the safe distance for these two maybe say 300 m and 150 m respectively. As the attenuation of EM field behaves as inverse cube law, so long as we are at some threshold distance away, we are safe for sure.

I don't work in this area, but I were to devise my criterion as a consultant, I would want the measurement of EM field from HTC to appear only as background noise in a modern electronically equipped stereotypical household.

There is some magnetic field tester in market, price range from few hundreds to thousand depends on the specifications. I used that before, it could let you know the magnetic field level on the spot (it will clearly shown that the magnetic field level will be higher & higher if you come near to HTC). However, although you know the magnetic field level, but there is still a debate that what is the "safe magnetic field level" for human being..
