QUOTE(kochin @ Dec 4 2013, 08:55 AM) recently got a helicopter view of the entire denai alam and elmina. any photo to share?elmina is actually quite close to subang bestari which can exit to kota damansara easily. elmina landbank from the view above is just huge. and further down, other townships by klk, glomac, etc is equally massive. but it's gonna take some time. and when the time comes, i bet these babies are gonna fly like mad. only concern is the time could be very long. maybe for your next gen? |

QUOTE(kekura @ Dec 10 2013, 09:58 AM) just received this email from a developer... which developer? We would like to UPDATE you that Projek Lintasan Kota Sdn Bhd (Prolintas) has signed the Concession Agreements for Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH) last month. For further information you may refer to the attached newspaper cutting or log in to http://www.btimes.com.my/Current_News/BTIM...icle/index_html It also said that DASH may not ease the traffic congestion because of bottlenecks. |

QUOTE(w33 w33 @ Dec 18 2013, 02:08 PM) Given a choice, will you buy thirstle groove in denai alam or wait for the elmina second phase? Assume both also afforadable.. I have been considering after visiting thristle groove but the thing is goona spend RM1.2m for a terrace.. Hmmmmm... I prefer denai alam. Simply because no high rise and industrial. It is for own stay.. Elmina is closer to the highway right? Plus the sales person told me actually east elmina is more prosperous cause more shops and facilities such as school.. And the one launching in Jan is not east.. |

QUOTE(zerol410 @ Dec 29 2013, 09:44 PM) Not sure on how u did the reading on DASH. From what I can see, from Elmina (taking Denai Alam interchange) to RRIM interchange (from here we can go to the MRT station using the old road), we will not go through a toll plaza. But if Puncak Alam to n fro Denai Alam, ada tol. You will also need to pay toll from RRIM to Mutiara Damansara. my understand from the study https://ekas.doe.gov.my/eia/upload/micFile/...PAKARUNDING.pdfpage 367: the design was no entry from denai alam to dash highway towards RRIM, page 370: the nearer entry into dash from denai alam is mahsing, page 376 to 374: exit to jalan lapangan terbang (RRIM toll & u-turn in page 376) page 376 & 375: exit to jalan sungai buloh or RRIM (PJ side) RRIM toll & u-turn in page 376 then take the roundabout most left in page 375 page 376 & 375: exit to RRIM (SA side) RRIM toll & u-turn in page 376 then take the flyover in page 375 (towards up direction in page 375 This post has been edited by elmond: Jan 2 2014, 12:19 PM |

QUOTE(JasonTan0120 @ Jan 2 2014, 10:01 PM) elmond, if i interpret correctly on page 367, denai alam folks can go into guthrie towards B. jelutong direction and immediately turn left up to DASH to Puncak Perdana direction. correct ar ? yes, you are right.gce to dash (puncak alam) for that direction toward b jelutong got interchange from b jelutong, currently already have toll so no interchange into dash to puncak alam or RRIM or mutiara damansara, because b. jelutong folks use nkve will be faster. |
