for whoever miss the elmina valley with certain budget, elmina north (or elmina green) can be yours next target on 2017. do minus the elmina valley units then the remain will be on elmina north (or elmina green). i did saw some revise plan (from my copy) on elmina valley, so take it's as a estimate number for now.
