Hi, was wondering how many people actually bought houses in Elmina for own stay?

I was looking at Denai Alam houses, but then the Agent told me she had 1 unit that owner wanna let go now in Elmina. The house type is Keana. I visited the City of Elmina, and is quite pleased with the concept and the planning of the township. But the problem is the owner is intending to sell at  quite a high price, considering it's a under-con unit.

So wanna ask around see if there is any Keana's owner here? any of you that buying for own stay or for invest? Hope to hear more from you all before i decide on anything

what was the original purchase price for Keana (size?)...I been there..didn't realise that Keana were at VP stage..

I think the signboard was not there in early/mid August....I can only see signboard states something like Shah Alam/ Klang..

might not happen, if saujana utama link with elmina north, GCE elmina toll can be skipped which bring more traffic from ijok, saujana utama, BSC into the elmina interchange.

As u can see,  from Elmina Green there is a road connecting to Saujana Utama.

there are alot of selfish Malaysians , and apparently a huge chunk of it stays at Petaling Jaya.
Their reasoning , it's okay to build highways , as long as it doesnt affect me. If you need a MRT station , ensure it's beside my neighbourhood , so that i can enjoy it , while not affected my housing garden serenity and creates jam there.

But it's okay to have the MRT station at next door , cause I'm not living there , and who gives a shit about them. It's all about me! me ! me !.
You know why ? Cause i pay tax , and those that didn't should not be allowed to say nothing. ( And i feel i pay more than you , so i deserve the rights not be shafted)
And they feel the town council is not doing their part , and when you pass the ball over , they will say it's not their job , and you're the expert , find them a solution.

These are the kind of people living in my beautiful neighbourhood of Petaling Jaya.
If your neighbour got rob , they will stand there and watch , b**** about it when it's over and do not even want to report police about it.
The selfishness it's so prevalent , that it oozes out from them daily. MYOB.
