yes very true.. I think a monorail will do the job since monorail's are cheap.. From puncak alam into saujana putra then elmina and probably end at Kwasa Damansara sounds like a better deal.. probably less than RM800 mill and Sime can part finance it since their project is RM25 bill.. they can build a cluster of middle class apartments beside the station to ensure the line has the critical mass to succeed...

Any public transport starting from puncak alam going through HillPark, Seri Peristana, Saujana Utama and Elmina heading towards any mrt station will really make myself happy

I'm also thinking to buy for ownstay. But after visiting Denai alam over the weekend. I changed my mind. After so many years, I expect denai alam to at least start to have amenities. It's still like a dead township with empty houses.
The house design are nice, but to stay in a nice and expensive house, I need to put up with traffics jam. At least 2 hours more in my car daily. That translate to more traveling cost, less sleep and less time for leisure and exercise. It doesn't sound healthy, It's not suitable for my family with schooling kids to stay at the moment. Maybe after I retire.

Pricewise, seems it has priced in the DASH highway already, so better to wait for the highway to complete only buy for ownstay. So I will just hold on to my PJ properties and wait for DASH to complete.

Elmina is a good buy , especially for the 30x100 superlinks. Great size to live in.
Would wish Sime Darby actually do not allow internal staffs to even buy any units till it's launch in the market.

I actually really hate that internal buying for developers.

I would also love to see , two tier pricing in property , for those buying to stay for the next 10 years , ( at a much cheaper value ) versus a much premium pricing for those investing ( not planning to stay in for 10 years )

That is why i purchased a unit at Sunway Kayangan , subsale with proper RA setup , gated ( proper fencing ) & guarded with access card & cameras & constant patrols on bikes. At least we're have some proper setup there.
Units are not too big , but liveable at 30 x 60.
Not many shops around , but as our livelihood also at PJ ( Kota Damansara area )  , we can still commute there in like 15-20 minutes.

Working in Shah Alam also helps
Schools , there are a chinese primary school - SJK (C ) - Subang, at Subang Perdana Area.
Real education group - Seri Cahaya nearby , with the new international school of Help at Subang Bestari.

I think there are 5 MRT systems in the world that are making profits, Delhi Metro in India is one of them.

MRT is a mega project, if not mistaken, in the whole world only 2 countries make profit from MRT projects, it is very costly to maintain, and in Bolehland...you know lah..

i think the SA intentionally draw the transportation line to be almost the same like MRT line..
