how's the food usually? worth to go?

As per last balloting, not too shabby. Maybe worth your petrol money going there. But the challenge will be the crowd.

If you joint name with them no problem but to put only your name need to check with sime.

I think SD should limit the number of registrant by insisting of producing bankers cheque prior to balloting. Without having to  produce anything, most couple register both names for balloting. During balloting we will see many names called not answered because they are already in the unit selection area with their spouse whose number has been called earlier.
*
Totally agreed, bro. Knowing Malaysians who are very creative, SD should implement this for fair balloting.

What is that body of water (red lining)? Some kind of man-made lake? Is there a dam somewhere? The shape is too abstract to be natural.

Wow! Nice! How u manage to enter the site?
*
With a special pass called 'courage'. Hehe, I don't know honestly. The road looks like it is barricaded but if you go near enough the barricades, there is actually an opening big enough for vehicles to go through. Plus, the staffs and security alike do not seem to see us as trespassers. I think, if you just stay on the tarmac, it is fine. As long as we do not interfere with their work and do not endanger ourselves.

Nice man made lake.

For me, seeing they are using clay bricks instead of sand bricks really made my day. And the slide design is pretty creative too.

Combination of clay + sand brick. Sand bricks is for internal wall.
*
As my unit is intermediate, I think sand bricks for internal walls should be fine. Hehe

I've signed the Loan Agreement already but still have not started paying the interest due to the MOU between SDED and the bank.

Any updates from the site?
*
Bro, it is just my silly henpon la. No long zoom. Digital zoom ade la, tp gmbr pecah nnt.
Plus, not much progress since the last pictures with slide, lake, and some Ariza which look almost completed structurally.

Went yesterday. Sales office got some finishes on it... The guard post was moved to way in front, near the interchange. Before it was close to the lake near Ariza. We went to the roundabout where left brings you to Keana & Regia and right leads you to Ariza. And this time I think the security was in the midst of shooing me away, but I managed to evade him and acted innocently, like people looking for houses to buy. biggrin.gif

I think it's not safe to venture into the site while wip.

Yup, agreed. That was why I turned back when it was deemed not safe by my OSH mind. Hehe

Hey, anybody knows whether there will be or not, a HUGE water storage tank? Or it will be just individual tanks for each unit?

What do u mean bro? I tôt all landed unit comes with individual water tank, no???
*
My thought as well. So we can safely assume all Elmina units have their own individual tanks (what is the volume by the way?)

But can anybody confirm there will be a public water tank for 1st back up, as mentioned by ngowngow?
