Dior is currently my most favorite designer house. I have the entire Dior Homme flankers except for cologne version. I even have backup bottles of Dior Homme and Dior Homme Intense. That is how much I used to love them. I have yet to sample Dior Fahrenheit Absolute and get decant of Eau Sauvage Parfum to sample. I recently sniffed Eau Sauvage original and thought it was OK. I might get that one if I like the parfum to complete my collection.

Second favorite designer house is PRADA. I love their Amber and especially Amber Intense.

Third one is Guerlain. I absolutely love their LIDGE, which I purchased recently. I have yet to give it a full wearing. This might replace my current "signature scent", which is PRADA Amber Intense. My wife says OK for Amber Intense but dislikes LIDGE.

I must grab one as backup bottle. Hope it doesn't run out of stock when I going to KL.

I am a huge fan of Guerlain. I have about 10+ of their scents. LIDGE is just the tip of the iceberg. Mitsouko, Jicky, L'Heure Bleue, Shalimar, Habit Rouge, Heritage, Mouchoir de Monsieur, Coriolan/ L'ame du heroes are all masterpieces that will blow your mind off. Give it a try

In malaysia we only have habit rouge, shalimar, mitsouko and their less stellar modern offerings. It's the older lines that are amazing. Jicky is available as a tester at the Parksons KLCC counter

Anyway, if Guerlain decided to bring this in, they will replenish the stock. 
On a separate scent, i'm interested to know if anyone have any experience in Mandarina Duck Pure Black & dun know what's the longevity and sillage like for this.

And i also have a sudden urge in Chanel's Egoist....having owned Platinum Eg which i adore & more in the the fresh scent kinda territory.

I have Mandarina (Pure) Black. Very sweet tonka bean bomb. Sillage, not sure but projection is good for the first 1-2hr and longevity 4hr on my skin.

So this Duck doesn't last that long in the water ya?    But then again, 4 hrs is probably just ok for clubbing or nite out....which i think the sweet scent would suit.

Yup, i was very surprise too cos it was not available in basically Asia then. I bumped into it in mid April when i was in KL & making my rounds at perfume section at Parkson@ Pavilion. Wanting to have a sniff at Guerlain Homme then & wham ! LIDGE displayed on the shelf.   Couldnt believe my eyes then    eventhought the black sides of the bottles are unmistakable. Immediately picked it up to hv closer look & sprayed on my wrist. Yea, my eyes not playing tricks on me.  Asked to hav a look at the box and saw they have few bottles as stocks. The salesgirl liked the scent too  . When she told me it costs RM240, I was like "huh !!??"...asked her if she really sure, haha.  Yup, its LIDGE & its RM240

SOTD - Davidoff Cool Water

Used it as substitute for my signature scent (Roccobarocco Sliver Jeans) of late 90's. Both smell almost identical with CW more herbal. Bestseller in early 90's and Godfather of aquatics (post 80's powerhouse).

hmm ... i don't see cool water as an aquatic. It is more to fougere.

Heart torn between egoiste n prada amber ph intense... Dunno which to go first coz eventually I will get both lol
