QUOTE(alexng2208 @ May 14 2013, 09:24 AM) Hmmm antt00i think criskelo's ROM is very 3D though the color scheme is pleasing (HOLO Blue all around) but its a little too "design-y". therefore i'm restoring back to my flat designed wanam.. hmm.. i really want to try out AOSP by Dualnote but just afraid of bootloops and fruitloops Aiyoh you really hard to please. QUOTE(hooh888 @ May 14 2013, 09:28 AM) yay come back to wanam clan. i'm going romow next though, the black and blue theme looks nice too. but i see no entry in survey for romow. Wah nice first welcome people back then take your leave.

just sharing some bits of tips here... dun recall these being in the Note 2 user digest. never saw much mention of it but I recall there were such functions (like using s pen gesture to do a back) on note 1. Google and found it. see: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/supportO...5&map_seq=53306also, those who worry about pressing too much on the physical buttons (and killing the buttons). with note, at least we can also wake our device by just pulling out the s pen. and finally... i'm sure some (like me) were kinda upset those email preview thingy works only on email client and not the gmail apps. then i just realised this morning... i could just add my gmail to email instead. and for the gmail apps, just set it not to sync anymore (aka disable the gmail sync). that way, emails will now be on the email client and you can use the s pen to preview... <-- ya, i know it took me so long to realise this. setting up the gmail on email apps is quite easy. the ports are already set. just need to enter username and password. but in case things are not automatically set for you, the manual instructions can be found here: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/114408?hl=eni guess the next time i factory reset my phone, i'll be setting up my gmail this way...
