Anyone looking for MDI to USB cable for their VW? Will fit all VWs - Polo, Golf, Jetta, Passat, Beetle, etc. Or, I can swap this with your MDI to Lightning (iPhone 5/6 compatible).

Book for 1st 15K service, in Johor Skudai, 2 weeks waiting period;

hence swapped to Sri Yaacob SC since it's available, but Sri Yaacob SC said they prefer not to handle complaint.

Complaint?
headrest lock gone loose
tire pressure gauge on often ( I heard it's very common)

too few SC is part of the experience, but acceptable.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I usually schedule my service appointment some 4-6 weeks ahead, or roughly about 1,200 - 1,500km prior. I think its a known fact that most SCs get very busy, and have trouble taking on walk-in customers. I would highly recommend booking in advance for your peace of mind.

As for minor or major issues with my cars... so far so good. No complaints.
