Some posts were missing including mine.

I remembered that member, miraclejustin was complaining that UOB charged him RM50 gst although he did not activate the card and the customer service told him to meet certain criteria to get RM50 cash back.

My replied was, he can follow the suggestion of the CS and he got nothing to lose. Simply swipe his card 3 times.

Are there anything wrong with the above posts? This is the current promotion offered by UOB can clearly spelled out in their official website.

I believe is our mod, the so hye who deleted the above posts. This so hye had also deleted my posts numerous times and replied sarcastically in the section repeatedly but still no action against him.

I demand for explanation. Thank you.

Have LYN become like the mass media, where differing opinions cannot be heard?

Did you try to PM the moderator in charge and request for an explanation?

He always says he does not want to give the mindset that gst can be waived while no laws or regulations specifically mentioned that we cant use that word. His theory is, i talk you listen.

This is not the first time he deleted my post, the last time i argued with him was solved by Boon. After the incident, this so hye still keeps on deleting my posts when my post mentions gst waiver or carries similar meaning.

What is there to discuss while you always say you are right and others are always wrong? Somemore you can see a lot of his sarcastic posts there to irritate other members, instead of helping other members, he creates arguments

please do not use derogatory terms against the moderators or you will earn yourself a suspension.

we will listen to your comments as well as request an explanation from the moderator with regards to his actions.

This is not the first time ! I faced that a few times. Even I voiced out complaints regarding certain bank bad customer service experience, it got deleted as well.
No reason given, nothing !

I believe this forum / sub-boards are for all the people to share experience and things. But having to delete off, it's ridiculous. Might as well just close the discussion board.

Just my 2cent. Moderator at least should PM if he / she find the post offensive then we as a poster will at least modify it.

do you really track hye's activity? he has deleted a lot of my posts which you may not be aware of. most of them at the UOB thread there

I have asked hye to respond, as he is best placed to do so. That said, I suspect I know what has happened.

He had more than 10 days to respond on my complaint which he had not done so. At the same time, he is still active in the forum.

Can i assume that he had agreed on my allegation that he had wrongfully deleted my/other members' posts at cc section?

Does he owe us an apology for repeatedly deletion of our posts/comments which were actually genuine replies?

I'll look into it.

another 2 weeks gone, our dear hye still does not want to defend himself here. does he feel guilty? don't know how to defend himself? hide himself under the sand?

anyway, it is now due to return me justice.

when members do wrong, banhammer, suspension, thread deletion can come altogether but while mod do wrong, 1 month also cannot give explanation. world class!

Is this the attitude of the Admins of LYN? Promised to look into the matter but never did even after weeks. Cannot set a good example but expect the members here to behave, totally nonsense!

I am agree with you, that someone HAVE to come here to justify his act. Failure to do so (on top of no action taken by other authorities personnel) will somehow implies if you are somebody, you are untouchable. Almost no different with how some of our current political individual acts.

HOWEVER to avoid YOU from becoming the target here, I hope you can be more subtle in channeling your anger/feeling.
