At the video player, have you tried view its setting ? Cuz at first i had that problem untill i realize my Capture mode is off in the settings

yes you need to activate the capture function.. First play a movie then menu -> setting -> capture ->on

no different with mine also..that is not totally blue also..your eyes got problem..

as you can see in the middle is lighter blue and bcom darker toward outside..that is gradient

so, no diff with mine
