Hmm..weird.
Something wrong with your Play Store setting or data network/WiFi setting. Try check that both setting.

but if u doing multitasking on your phone, better avoid this..

i did limit the background processes to 4 at first but i turn it back to default few hours later ..After that i nvr face restart problem anymore.. I have no idea whether it is bcoz of that option solve the reboot problem or something else..well you can try..

You using Cofface cwm-root or flash pre-root kernel..?

This is only suitable for first original firmware ( XXUAMDE) and not for the updated firmware thereafter. The newer firmware you must use ADam kernel to flash ( Odin in PC)

Problem is you never or read properly first before you root

Our TS needs to be pushed to update stuffs. I think he doesn't own the phone yet and so not so active in updating.  Depend on yourself and google for solution instead
If you have read the link, you would know you can use CWM to flash his CWM version which includes the FS modules already

Adfree and adsaway is now no longer available on Playstore due to some of their violations on Google requirements - you can google the reasons for this. No point elaborating here
Most apps can be disabled safely except core apps such as contact, address, calendar. You can even disable touchwiz ( make sure you have alternative launcher installed first) . If the core app cannot be disabled, you just cannot do it
Any of the default stuffs which I dont use - i uninstall or disable it
Since you are now rooted, do a nandroid backup first before disabling or uninstalling any default stuffs just for security sake
