However, for landed property, the value appreciation will not be seen significant for the 1st two years, but once the township become mature, the price will increase accordingly.

RM550K, i would say is good buy if buyer is familiar with the location.

648k is the valuation price for intermediate unit.

Good news!!! The management had make effort to tightening students house issue. Ken Rimba commercial center started operate. I will see it will keep increase price as more and more owners move in for next 6 months...
Don't forget they will launch condo at the end of year.

Let's see after end of this year.

i have heard concerns over puspakom that caused the road leading to federal highway heavy congested. i think there are alternative roads that can be used to bypass traffic jam, try persiaran selangor or persiaran kemajuan

How the environment so far?
Today traffic vry smooth, 30mins from kl to Rimba.
Don think normal day can drive that smooth

There is one unit with added another room on the "second" floor!

Quite cool....

Also do you guys think the massive units of shop houses outside Ken Rimba housing gonna boom or doom?

All these will add more noise, more traffic. and more value to the houses in Ken Rimba?

Also I dont see much greenery as claimed!

hi everyone....i glad bcoz all process to buy legian in going well......cant wait to move in october.....

As more and more residents move in ken rimba, i am sure more and more business will also starts to move in to those shop houses. as a good starts 99 speedmart has already open and business is very good the last time i visited.

Does the developer give any discount/rebate?

Does anyone know where is the sales office? Ya, how much is the total price after discount/rebate?

Sales office is across from JPJ Shah Alam. I went there myself. Got some corner units left for legian. jimbaran starts at 900k.

Ken Rimba Office : 03-5510 8233, you can get the details on the prices and available units, plus any more package offers.

There is a show unit next to the sale office. Also all the house (Rimba Legian and Jimbaran) are after the sale office, so you can do a drive by after visited the sale office.
