Yeah, no other way around it, I've really gotta think it through. And yup, definitely looking at it as an own stay property, I'm in my early 20's anyway, still single with no commitments, so size wise its just perfect.

Based in KLIA, so yeah, it's really convenient since I have a transport service provided to and from work as well. Plus, I'm from JB, and I don't have a house of my own in KL/Selangor, so this would be a first for me. Looking at what CBJ is offering right now is already good enough for me, so any development is definitely a bonus. Still young lor, so still got time to move to a larger landed property when the time comes and I'm ready so start a family.
