1300+ sqf type all sold out, 1500+ only a few units left. Block B opened recently , like to like price has increased by RM10k and is selling fast. Villa launched 16 units, only sold 8. I think the Villa position not so strategic, either located at slope or facing the condo/car park.

Only pay RM10k booking fee, e.g. if unit is RM600k, u pay RM10k and the balance of the 10% downpayment i.e 50k is given as discount. Get further 3% discount on 540k (RM600k-RM60k)if sign S&P within 14 days after booking. The 3% will only be reimbursed upon VP. Hence the total discount works out to be about 10%. DIBS of up to 4.5% is also offered.

Good! Not much increase. About RM 20k to RM 30k only.

Anyway, earlier Block B wins better facing.

Block B tandem parking. Anyway Block B better facing.

What is Block A facing view? How much premium for different "side"?

For rental not good but he thinks got capital appreciation potential. He likes because this one is condo (other projects are mainly service residence) and compared to Verdi it is almost half the price psf.

Believe verdi and mbtl are more atas...hence the price. But potential wise this one has more leg to run undeniably.
