because i'm looking for smallest unit which below 15th floor.. so, didnt really look at those above 15th floors units.. lol.. but below that almost all booked d.. left first few floors only.. i'm still thinking wanna 'hoot' one or not.. for design wise, i love Paragon 3 more than this.. hohoho.. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

RM 10k booking = 10000
10% discount, but owner bear RM 10k down payment: 598000 * 90% = 538200
RM 10k discount, for registered buyer (not sure how to be entitled): 538200 - 10000 = 528200
5% discount, for first 50 buyers: 528200 * 95% = 501790
Discounted Price = 10000 + 501790 = 511790
Price psf: 511790 / 1302 = 393.07 psf

Package:
Interest Subsidy Scheme capped @ 4.5%, like DIBS, u pay 6 months in advance, developer pays u back.
Everything borned by developer, except LOAN stamp duty.

..looking to get a 1,302sq ft unit for investment. Which view would be a better bet?...also confused on pricing...know no more +5%, still -10% pay RM10k....what is the other 2? on vp and RM45k difference in orientation....

i took northwest, evening sun. yup its 10k booking, then the remainder of the 10% waived, and -2%

i think roughly 70 units sold, 76th unit onwards no more early bird i heard.
