personally... I rather keep my money with me and max on loan. if can get 90%. like mentioned... only afraid the delay of returning the money to us upon VP. thats all... anyway, I hv faith with them because this only happens to the 1st 50 buyers. not the entire project.

imagine taking a rm30k personal loan with repayment of 35yrs term. where to find? anyway... now also full-flexi loan account. just park the money in the current account and u dont pay interest on that amount lorr...

Just went there to pass them my RM10k voucher. According to them must get loan approved within 14 days after we sign the booking form. Else, need to write-in to them to extend. If not they can cancel the discount package.

problem is.. i asked the bankers already.. both CIMB and Maybank, have not officially approved Cristal Residence. So it does not appear in their systems yet...
But they say it will be approved soon la.. if beyond 14 days better write to Villamas to cover our asses.. don't wanna give them chance to void the offer..

because they also not yet official launching , so bank also cant process for us, after they official notify us, within 14 days must sign SPA, if not must write letter to extend, he said estimate arround end of july or early of august , but now we can ask bank 1st and start to prepare documents
