So for those first 50 buyers.. bluesky_1985 and ted_tan18... which discount package you all taking?

4.5% rebate with 80% loan or 5% rebate with 90% loan?

Did this calculation based on my unit price.. if opt for 80% need to top-up now lor.. but long term wise looks better...
90% looks good because you'll get cash upon VP..hmmm

Just wondering.. all these rebates upon VP.. any concerns that developer will try and drag or delay the payment? Which is why I am contemplating also.. if you choose 85%.. they will settle your remaining 5% DP immediately.. hmm.gif

Because I have the V Club discount.. if I take 85% loan.. they still owe me RM3k-ish upon VP..

Nope. According to the SA, if you registered via their website during a certain time period previously, you get it. I suddenly receive the 10,000 cash voucher & V Club membership from them via letter last week.
