How to use the DOF preview thing? All i hear is sound!

Thanks! By yellow you mean Thailand *ahem*?

You stop down your lens to say like f/8 and such then you press the preview button, it closes the aperture and shows you the DOF to be expected. So if your settings is with the lens wide open, you won't see any difference when you press the preview button.
