sources from developer for extra access road?
my main concern still the entrance to this area...

Only thing i get to know from SA is they planning to have proper U-Turn if you come from Federal Highway.

alam sanjung is almost surrounded by factory..will it affect our health for long term staying? i went there at night..dark..want find a row of shop lot but nth there except factory...if come from federal highway after batu tiga tol...need to drive a long way only can make a u turn..0 entry cost also not recommend to go right? i also worry that is that we can get that market price after 3 years...alam idaman selling RM300k++ only..

Open 8th to 14th flr only
Entire 8th & 9th flr reserve for Bumi
10th, 12th & 14th flr (east) alredy booked by bulk purchaser
11th & 13th flr (east) alredy booked by bulk purchaser
They offer DIBS, SPA legal fees, 2 c/park, 2% rebate (non Bumi), 7% Bumi discount, booking 1k

ppl, of coz this proj got some shortcomings like cemetary, Carlsberg factory, access etc...

but Tropicana alredi developing nearby aggressively and it seems like another huge developer also coming in...BRDB i think...gotta recheck..

nonetheless, if other developer project ready, the price still be more expensive la...jz like metia residence...this is affordable housing la
