Metia is considered a higher end apartment.

Alam Sanjung is more to the lower middle market.

Due to location, there is no doubt Metia will get alot of rentals from students nearby.

Then Alam Sanjung will be nice for those in the affordable range.

Maybe want to release the Bumi units faster.... block A will have alot of Bumi reserved.
