haha dont so stress out my friend, there's always other options if you dont like it....tropicana subang opposite road selling so expensive...also same area and same rubbish smell (if really there's any)

ppl, of coz this proj got some shortcomings like cemetary, Carlsberg factory, access etc...

but Tropicana alredi developing nearby aggressively and it seems like another huge developer also coming in...BRDB i think...gotta recheck..

nonetheless, if other developer project ready, the price still be more expensive la...jz like metia residence...this is affordable housing la

really?? mind to share why u said so? coz i personally dont know CB that well, they arent huge as developer...more to contractors i guess...as per compared like bigger brands like hua yang etc...

my fren managed to get loan approved from ambank...interested to get financing from them? anyway, both the buyer and the banker are my friends

haiya, how to compare...one in batu 3, another at seksyen 13...

one next to carlsberg, one near amenities...

but one near to federal n opposite bdrb n tropicana development, another one naza ttdi...

one affordable housing...another wanna do classier....

never a straightfwd decision to make biggrin.gif

but now BOTH also kinda hard to buy alredi leh

Guys, anyone signed the legal docs? Their panel lawyers so damn shitty...anyone can tally the legal fees among the panel?

Mine is rm 5373.62, for some weird reason I felt its quite high due to their super shitty service n work quality

Anyone else know their legal fees?

They don't do offsite n not open on weekend, did not call to update until i call up.

Now bank make noise coz pending too long only say as if I didn't sign the doc early...pengsan

They expect me to come n sign on the spot
