i was reading soem research but don't really understand the impact of share distribution. My understanding is that those shareholders in Timedotcom would have some shares in digi. Its like change of ownership instead of buy and sell. No share dilutions too.

But, just curious on the wait for the distribution before much movement? just wanna c the concept behind this.

After distribution, there will be a lot of people who is holding digi shares but does not mean to keep for long term. This sudden liquidity will result in selling pressure of digi shares.

Erm...Excuse me for interrupting for a moment - but it is not as bullish as it seems to all you guys....
December 31st 2012 the KLSE Index closed at 1688.95.
May 20th (yesterday) it closed at 1777.15.
Anyone good at percentages?? whistling.gif
According to my Abacus that is only a 5.22% increase in about six months.
Underperforming - that's what it is.... hmm.gif
Where got bullish when you look at Dog Jones or FTSE over the same period?

I only got this to say...

Before election a lot of assumptions were made.
Speculation was made that the market was going to crash and that they are going to be so lucky to be cherry picking if and when it happens...
But did they bother to listen to the market?

Now the election is over...
LOL!
Are they listening to the market now?
They see few stocks with spectacular gains...
They use this as their reasoning that the market is too pricey...
Feng Shui chart also come out... laugh.gif
Big correction coming again wor...
Another assumption and speculation on what the market will do? rolleyes.gif

Funny isn't it?
I thought only speculators will speculate what the market will or will not do.

Regarding them stocks with those spectacular gains...
Stocks like HuaYang, Crescendo, Daiman, UEM Land, SapuraCrest etc etc...
I wonder if it's just pure bullish senseless hantam-ing that have send these stocks to the orbit...
or there are some justifications that these stocks rise so high?

Hey, it's been a while since your last post here. True, you are right about the index not so bullshit, but I believe the rally is more or less on broader market, which affects the value of most of the our portfolio, hence, the bullshit sentiment over here biggrin.gif

notworthy.gif , you are right. But I still will continue sideline laugh.gif .
But one thing investor have to remember, most of the blue chips in USA have huge economic moat which many of them are in global level.
While here only some of it reach regional player. But nevertheless many second liner or third liner stocks here start rising price after GE due to undervalued for sometime.I do personally think our market reach very optimism but not yet euphoria level.

So Quality of overall stocks support the index in one country also need to be taken account.

Just my thoughts la
