dear investors/gurus

i am looking for any possible sources to get some capital for investments in multiple channels which i am confident can earn me some nice constant ROI every month..hoping to get around 30-50k..i am looking at stuffs like personal loans, epf withdrawal, making use of cash advance and balance transfer facility from credit cards (reason is because i remembered some forumer here shared some good strategies to leverage on those facilities to get away with lower interest and better installment package)

so may i know wat are ur advices and tips? appreciate it very much if you can guide me in this

hi im not owning any business..nor do i want to invest in businesses...mainly properties and stock options

get from family? relatives, last resort ah long....

i got other lobang not onli these..already earned for almost a year..of coz their return is much more than the interest rate from borrowing but initial investments using my own savings...need more fund to grow bigger..invest in property why akpk???i know how to invest and play the property game..key is be a strategic investor

family dun hv tat much..relatives not likely will lent money to me since we r not tat close..i will wan to avoid ah long at all cost

get funds from investors then promise them returns

then i b their fund manager alrdy that way..hmm..good idea..but usually where and how can i get to convince these guys?im just nobody why would they want to dump their money for me to manage?

apply personal loan from all the bank simultaneously.

apply from 20 banks, maybe 4-5 approve you 10-15k each. then you will have some funds lo

so easy to get Personal loan meh, nowadays very strict, need your payslip. If TS not working or dont have any income then no need think liao.

yes i can do tat but first i would need to know the pros and cons of taking personal loans, epf withdrawal and credit card balance transfer and cash advance facilities..which one will have lowest effective interest rate tat come with good deal/package..regarding epf withdrawal i am not sure if it is worth it since they have high interest rate as well..

Not wanna spoil your dreams, like you said you are nobody. You probably think you are awesome cause now every share also up up up cause market sentiment is positive after BN won the election.

Just work for your money, only play what you can afford. if not you will be like those ppl at 1997 if the share market crash.

i am not going to trade shares..rather i am investing in good and strong companies as value investor...long term investment and just take dividends along the way..i have the knowledge and partners working together to invest in stocks and properties..just tat bullet not enough..

personal loan still ok depends on the interest rate offer by the bank but never a good idea to take more than 2 (bside very hard to get approval now adays unless you got a nice ccris record)

ya ...but we have around 18banks here ma.. around 12 usable for personal loan. application is free, just take and submit all at the same time.

if you have a creditcard with low usage %. then should have good chance 3-5 banks will give u a personal amouting to 1x to 2x of your credit card.
