dun be a calorie counter lar... jus eat wat u want... u make too much sudden changes.. ur body will go into shock and adapt to counteract the deficiencies... jus increase your exercise to make the fats go bye bye...it's tat simple...if u want progressively change your dietary to a healthier and balanced one... tat is the best advice to help lose weight and yet staff healthy... u are not supermodel... u dun get paid to be thin... u dun get fame by looking like a stickman on TV... |
