QUOTE(propertyMontKiara @ Nov 10 2014, 02:51 AM) dont' quite understand why with the same amount money, you are investing it in a densed, congested and unplanned city here in Bangsar South versus a well planned city like Cyberjaya with also a planned economic + business zone in place already. we know knowledge and innovative economy is the future, and Cyberjaya is driving that initiative in making it materialise. Who says investors are not buying properties in CBJ? Lol... Both bangsar south and CBJ are hot spots for hi tech multinational companies which attracts high income earners. Both locations have their unique pros and cons which attracts properties investors who want to diversify their properties collection. The surroundings of CBJ is breathtaking, a very good environment to raise kids if you have a family. DPulze mall is up and IOI resort City mall ( as big as Mid Valley ) is coming up this month. if i were you, I would use the same money to buy properties in CBJ for the next several years..just my 2 cents for those who want to own an a nice property in a serene and greenery environment with cheaper pricing compare to other parts of KL. |

I suggest propertyMontKiara should buy a few more units in Cyberjaya.
Between Bangsar South and Cyberjaya, I would pay a bit extra for Bangsar South. I always visit the site of project before I buy. After visiting Cyberjaya both day and night, I cannot find a reason to put my money in Cyberjaya, at least not for next 10 years, very different view compare with propertyMontKiara. There are many better projects in KL/PJ/SA area. |

Saw the construction of flyover bridge from federal highway into bangsar south was in progress..Its in between SW and KL gateway. The flyover bridge is quite high and i wonder if SW block A facing kl gateway view ( certain unit floor) will be blocked?
Anyone hv some pic of the construction progress now? This post has been edited by frozen44: Jan 18 2015, 09:21 PM |

It is so congested for the number of units they are offering. For the project itself, the pool is too small and the facilities are too normal.West, 651 sf–(RM 625K –RM642K) East, 651 sf–(RM 660K –RM680K) West, 815 sf–(RM 732K –RM757K) East, 815sf –(RM794K –RM825K) 1119 sf–(RM943K –rm1.008 mil) Sizes: 648 sqft –1,119 sqft Unit per floor: 14 units No of units : Block A –602 UNITS while Block B –602 UNITS Land Tenure: Freehold (2017) Maintenance Fee plus sinking fund : 0.22 cent per sqft Combine with existing condos, and upcoming KL Gateway + various new developments on the adjacent land next to this... u r looking at super super duper high traffic. I can imagine the horror of severe lack of parking slots next time. |

Anyone interested to get a unit of South View Serviced Apartment in Bangsar South?
For a fee of only RM2,000 (partially to cover the penalty for withdrawing my booking), I am willing to let go of the unit I booked. My unit is 815sf, 2r 2b, mid-floor, facing east, swimming pool/mid-valley view. Developer price is around RM760,000 after 5% discount and 5% rebate. My unit is the only 2r 2b unit available to buyers - all other 2r 2b units are fully booked while the bigger units are selling at over RM1 million. South View is the only freehold apartment in Bangsar South and it's near Universiti LRT station. It's still under construction and expected completion date is early 2017. Kindly PM me if interested. Thanks. This post has been edited by Better Life: Apr 13 2015, 02:14 AM |
