I would prefer Novum over Southview honestly. But those who got Southview few years ago probably already earned alot

Tower 1 RM600+ psf plus DIBS. Very cheap and worth it. Tower 2 RM750+ psf no DIBS.
Now selling (Tower 2) for RM900+ no DIBS. Eco City across the road is more than RM1,300+ psf before VP. What are the chances Southview will be less than RM1,000+ psf after VP? |

Actually plenty of condos in KL look just like that... incl. some of the older ones in MK. You may think it is boring but unique design on rendered perspectives doesn't guarantee good actual product and good workmanship.
Novum does look different than the typical. So if you are attracted to their marketing images, just go for it, no need to keep bashing SV |

Yes, UOA product is like housewife. Nothing fancy but practical.
