Tower 1 RM600+ psf plus DIBS. Very cheap and worth it. Tower 2 RM750+ psf no DIBS.

Now selling (Tower 2) for RM900+ no DIBS.

Eco City across the road is more than RM1,300+ psf before VP.

What are the chances Southview will be less than RM1,000+ psf after VP?

From their previous project like Le Yuan and Camellia, the workman ship is commendable. Although design wise is nothing to shout about.

Is Southview's maintenance lower than the other development in BS - KL Gateway, Novum, Camilia and Park Residence?

Also psf is lower than the rest as well?

Actually plenty of condos in KL look just like that... incl. some of the older ones in MK. You may think it is boring but unique design on rendered perspectives doesn't guarantee good actual product and good workmanship.

Novum does look different than the typical. So if you are attracted to their marketing images, just go for it, no need to keep bashing SV smile.gif

Yes, UOA product is like housewife. Nothing fancy but practical.

Perhaps you should worry about the high density of this project, total of 1200 units in 2 blocks, and 14 units per floor. It will be less privacy and exclusive.

South View is really near to KL Gateway Mall, just next to it. It will be really convenience for residence of SV to hop over to the mall for meal, grocery shopping and etc. Novum is further down the road which is nearer to the link bridge to Kerinchi LRT . Whereas SV is nearer to University LRT stn.

A 10-storey Office building on a triangular plot. Adjacent to it should be YNH apartments according to old info.
