Just an update.
I have just finished re-installing Windows 8 on a SSD.
And i must say, getting to the HDD was quite...tedious.
But wont mind doing it again!

now i have a Plextor M5Pro as my main drive...
VERY fast!

All my PCs are with SSD...
So yeah i find hybrids are slow...

how slow? Slow enuff to make me angry during boot.

but after calling the tech support...problem solved...

try pressing F2 to check the BIOS. Maybe u can tinker around in the BIOS.

I now cannot use UEFI mode d... =(

I changed the HDD and re installed windows...

If from power button, arnd 10 secs.
If from Alienware logo appears, 4 secs.

So i say not bad. =)
