You are not alone bro, i always win 2 only. i think when reach S rank, if want win all 3 really depends on luck because mostly all the deck is same. Unless u note down every opponent, because maybe this deck superior to one but get counter by another.

Normally how many SS needed to change a decent 5* from u guys? Non ace type la..

After help obtained from bro funny n neigsf, maximum can climb till A+ in master... 40rank more to break thru to rank S! Lol... I just can't get enough ...

Lately it takes around 10 SS to 1 Stat III. Assuming that conversion rate, a decent 5* would be around 25 stat stones to 35. So that's around 250 to 350 SS.

What I do is, I save all my SS & convert my feeders to SS too. That way, I managed to save SS faster, then I keep around 50 to 80 SS & negotiate for a bulk deal. Like when Stat Stones iii was worth 12 SS each few weeks ago, I always negotiate 35 SS for 3 stones. Well, I save 1 SS from that deal haha....but if you repeat that process multiple times, you'll save a lot of SS to trade for more stat stones iii eventually =)

BTW don't be too greedy & try to negotiate too low. I have met people who refuse to even discount 1 SS. If you're asking just a little, people would most probably close 1 eye since they'll be getting a lot of SS. So 1 or 2 SS discount doesn't really matter to them.
