guys, got an urgent problem.... the videos that i captured with my sIII doesn't seem to play well on any other software after i download from my phone.... i've tried playing it with VLC and also with Quicktime... it's cacat-ed. can anyone help? urgent....

it shouldn't be like that, do you install any weird codec on your PC?

Hi , my S3 is having buzzing distortion sound when im playing music with bass and the sound volumm drasticly dropped since last time I tried some sound booster with boosting the sound to maximum , I think this app destroyed my speaker and I wanted to fix it, wonder where can it be fixed... does samsung cover this kind of issue? and if they does, what will the price roughly be? thanks

somehow give me feeling doing via OTA always the best choice and the file is also small

all the way i update my phone nokia sony samsung all via OTA

How to close the app completely when exit the app?
For example when I close the Internet by press back(right bottom button)the app still running in background.

Just bring it in to SME for warranty claim. Just tell them the problem. You do not need to tell them what you think caused it. It is a hardware issue and is covered under warranty.

Today I checked out play store and noticed they have upgraded to new one. I remember some of your went to download last time but now automated updated..

Hi, I am uploading some photos via Gallery to Facebook, after it finish uploaded the photos the notification of the Facebook upload can't be clear. It stays at the notification area without any option to clear off the message, it this normal?

Go to application manager and stop the process.
