Oh, i will not be surprise if this happens. This developer will stoop to any level as evident by their rental of units to event and party houses in their existing project. They have absolutely not a single iota of ethics and consideration for their customers.

They converted two units of their unsold units at the Taman inside into a wedding event/birthday party venue for hire. These units are available for rent like a chalet/holiday home stay type on a daily basis. Example : https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/3768764 This is a developer unit, a show house last time. Now its like a motel with a non stop motley crew of guests coming in and out.

Imagine if you are a resident there and you have to put up with the noise, indiscriminate parking etc caused by this every weekend and public holiday. So, nothing that this cheap skate and unscrupulous developer won't do!!

Possible, once completed and many units developer kept remain unsold, they would probably even rent out to Bangla as a hostel or make a short time hourly hotel! Anything is possible with this developer.

All done. thanks. Btw, this is still a very grey area so MPKJ and all acting confused and blur. Nevertheless, there are still quite a few channels to explore which are works in progress.

I'm sure the reviews will be high as they will do whatsoever to please these guests, including condoning the merry making till the wee hours in the night and in the day, the Taman is for all these guests to abuse especially the car parking and blocking the roads to do their wedding customary rites. I would have given them more than full marks if I were their guest.

However these come at the expenses of the residents suffering, which the developer couldn't care two hoots about. In the first place, a residential unit should never be used as an event venue.

This clearly shows the sort of people you are dealing with at One Amerin. What will happen in One Amerin if all the developer units are empty? Well, given their irresponsible and shady way of dealing with this, it is really not hard to imagine.

a few ways via local council, the local assembly man who might wield some influence over the council, and the housing tribunal at Putrajaya. The media is also a good way to get started, provided the news is attractive enough.

Yes no issues on renting it as this is what every normal investor will do for obvious commercial reasons. It is everyone's right to ensure their investment provide some form of returns.

I think the concern is renting it for what and for whom it is targeted. Is the service apartment rented out to the plethora of foreigners in the country engaged in dodgy activities or normal local working adults/families? Would it be short term rental of few weeks or at least a year? Would it be touted as a party house or a place to crash after all the partying and merry making? Your guess is as good as mine!

Well, this developer has proven time and again they have not an iota of consideration for the investors and residents so we shall wait with bated breath and see how this pans out.

but too bad not much public transport in this area, if train service is near then would be a very good concept. so far the only development with such concept is sunway velocity.

No not yet. Very slow progress. It was supposed to be completed by end December 2015 according to the project info at the roadside. Unpleasant surprises are very much the norm here.
