A|bert, still got progress, don't so sad....looking forward. Target low return will do and forgot about the big earn for this project.

Don't be too disappointed la, many project surrounding should be get high traffic after this.
Maybe that is another puchong. who knows?

Do you the tower is blocking the view of the mall? Cuz i saw there is a development near the main road.

road widening massive delay....Schedule completion 31st December 2015. Now 10 months later still struggling to widen the access road.

Neighbor Symphony tower launched so much later but shop lots almost up and ready and building to 8-9 floors already.

One Amerin. Don't see this mall will success. Couple with all the Lazada, 11 Street online shopping. Pak Hitam will flood this mall and rental will be low The hope now is the commercial at Hap Seng + CHS's Silk Sky and PH will pull in more crown

But with 376psf full condo facilities bought with mall actually not bad la.

Now only hope the vp date still Nov 2017. Property cycle will up again by that time.

About the bridge. The developer actually completed thier section of river realigment. The other side of bridge construction. On the main bridge construction delay is due to funding for the Ukas from govt not received unitl now. sources according to the main con Project QS la.

Traffic is getting worst also at u turn Aeon mall and taming jaya.

yeah, mines very eyesore when many retails shop covered up with leasing ads.

my silk residence also alot pak hitam. very stink when im using the gym with them

hopefully the 128 shops by tanming and the undercon new shop lot behind aeon cheras selatan will further boost this balakong.

traffic along this silk really building up. many quarry lorries racing like F1. #$^^&*(()))_!!

most developers also cheapskate want cheapest price from contractor but some ok one cheap also got limit, some just don't care.

quality is one thing, another thing to worry is the quality of people that will stay and shop in that area. when the mall is not doing well the residence above it will die very fast too. better pray it won't become kota raya quality mall. lol
