Oic, i think if someone now say they want 10 units, the developer immediately can arrange it too! tongue.gif Moral of the story : a lot more units are unsold.

Wonder this area mall can do ar? Later kosong kosong apa pun tak Ada.

Cheras selatan Sibeh strong. With c180 sooooo many banks n f&b. And the top floor office getting better. Sibeh famous film production house also moved to c180 office. + the up coming Cheras trader square lagi super boom boom Ong.

Not far away The mines under capitaland is improving and getting better. Especially fnb.

Anything opposite aeon Cheras selatan side after highway macam very run down... This 1 Amerin mall Macam mana fight? Mall management portfolio N track record compare to aeon and capitaland can go Korek lobang Liao.

I think it remains to be seen what sort of tenants this kacang Putih developer can bring in. IMHO, if they are honest and professional, i think they could probably attract a good anchor tenant and some decent F&B outlets but going by my experience with this developer, it looks highly unlikely they can get in the face of such stiff competition as mentioned.

Also, symphony shop lots will be competing with them for tenants, plus the soon to be completed Tan Ming shop lots slightly further up(near the U turn). Most banks are already represented within the 2-3km radius. Cinemas and supermarkets are aplenty around here too. It's gonna be a long haul for this mall and i seriously doubt this developer can pull this off given their horrendous and irresponsible approach in maintaining a small Taman inside here. Comparing them to AEON and Capitaland is giving them too much face already!

Their entire company primarily consists of three people, Husband, Wife and Engineer. Management expertise? Non existent. Track record=Dismay. Professionalism?Horrible. Responsibility? erm, what is that?

Definitely Puchong as a whole is a success story but then there are some projects which obviously didn't do well for a variety of reasons. I think Balakong as an area will do well but for this particular project, your guess is as good as mine. Just compare the sales of this to their next door neighbour, and another neighbour launching soon.
