Not far away The mines under capitaland is improving and getting better. Especially fnb.

I think it remains to be seen what sort of tenants this kacang Putih developer can bring in. IMHO, if they are honest and professional, i think they could probably attract a good anchor tenant and some decent F&B outlets but going by my experience with this developer, it looks highly unlikely they can get in the face of such stiff competition as mentioned.
Also, symphony shop lots will be competing with them for tenants, plus the soon to be completed Tan Ming shop lots slightly further up(near the U turn). Most banks are already represented within the 2-3km radius. Cinemas and supermarkets are aplenty around here too. It's gonna be a long haul for this mall and i seriously doubt this developer can pull this off given their horrendous and irresponsible approach in maintaining a small Taman inside here. Comparing them to AEON and Capitaland is giving them too much face already!
Their entire company primarily consists of three people, Husband, Wife and Engineer. Management expertise? Non existent. Track record=Dismay. Professionalism?Horrible. Responsibility? erm, what is that?
