If die die must choose, i will go for symphony. One amerin too much negative feedback already from reputation,product and delivery

As you said both same price now, so i'll go for symphony if need to choose either one.

If 375psf you still can get now, then why not since it relatively cheap.

Put the bad developer thing aside. I think amerin location better than symphony. Less highway noise n harbuk. thanks to symphony block it all.

Precedent already set in the completed project by this developer so please be really careful and know your rights when you deal with this developer. Else later really become ta ma de sad when vacant possession time.

Symphony does look like a better investment in this case. Not a perfect developer by any measure but miles ahead of One Amerin's developer.

Yes, waiting with bated breath to see what tenants they bring in and how they will manage this mall. Nothing to lose for me really, if they have good tenants i'm more than happy to spend my money in this mall! if not, quite a few around the corner and short drive away.
