Its the fact how they treated buyers and their irresponsible/dodgy attitude towards issues that cropped up. Fat madam was mentioned simply because she and her husband call the shots in the company.

haha...i will be very happy if it can be like 50% of Cheras Sentral!hahahaha..... Anyway nothing to lose here, if mall successful, like so many promoters here touts it to be, than it will be a nice addition. If mall unsuccessful, than too bad. A lot depends on the tenants mix. Till now, no confirmed news who will be the tenants. Just those he says, she says type of unverified news.
