People here are keen to know whether this developer is credible, trustworthy and reliable or not, unfortunately this developer isn't from experience in their previous taman.

The truth hurts i know, but just live with it ya...and tell her to live with it. If you do not like what you read here, than always more than welcome to go open a new thread and sing the praise of this developer ya...hahahaha...

If the developer have confident on this mall and believe the fung Sui master said. Developer won't sell off the residential so fast . They will launch after the mall opened . And maybe build office tower instead of residential block

the developer is very KIND to sell it off before the mall launch,

so buyer can enjoy the lower price,

once mall open the prop price will raise till very high

Answer your questions........ maybe developer either ...... keep Mall...... or Service Apartment......... so got to sell off one..... we know ...... developer choose mall ....... so if the Service Apartments not ong...... Mall business might become not ong too ...... if you are developer........ what should you do to increase Mall value or....... increase mall occupy rate........or yields. ...... I don't know........ I don't have crystal ball like TS.

The ones in the know will know. Developer now struggling like hell now to sell off many units. They kept a lot of units initially, now added up these unsold units. Keep and keep and keep.

Waiting to see this place VP time and the truth shall unravel. History will repeat itself just like now. Oh, and add that to those defects issue, JMB issue etc. Let's wait and see.

In your research, any confirmed tenants that you know of for this mall that will underpin your statement that this mall will bring vibrancy to the area, especially we have the Mines and Jusco Selatan nearby? I guess tenants are the key, especially the anchor one so if you could shed some light that would be fantastic!
