just get banker doing loan rejection letter and take back deposite from developer but penaty credit card charge 3%...

for me , location and concept ,package really attract me alot .
but think further coming year ekonomi getting worst. small developer may cant deliver what thier promise , better play safe get unit from trusted developer. no need max the return but at least play safe |

but you dont forget the hapseng and chs development now.
think it has a good play now. Quality wise perhaps only viralflu can advice |

no idea but when i ask chs .. they say silk sky all sold... if want either wait for loan rejected units or take Landmark II ... sticker game onot itu i tak tau lol..
