just get banker doing loan rejection letter and take back deposite from developer but penaty credit card charge 3%...

my unit is phase 1 : 857 sq 460k and phase 1 1257 sq 550k before discount and come with DIBS

for me , location and concept ,package really attract me alot .
but think further coming year ekonomi getting worst.
small developer may cant deliver what thier promise , better play safe get unit from trusted developer.
no need max the return but at least play safe tongue.gif

but you dont forget the hapseng and chs development now.
think it has a good play now.

Quality wise perhaps only viralflu can advice tongue.gif

i'm sure CHS build better units and is more responsible. Not sure about Hap Seng though.... Maybe worth giving this two some consideration if the price is attractive?

no idea but when i ask chs .. they say silk sky all sold... if want either wait for loan rejected units or take Landmark II ... sticker game onot itu i tak tau lol..
