I would say, go go go. New development start nearby that area, that area become hot. Some more it's just located at main road side... smile.gif

Hap Seng mix development will start next year. again its commercial development my view too many already in that area.

this project is too near those low cost flats hence if u wanna do rental play the target audience will be of those living or working around that area. Entry at 460k+ not appealing in terms of ROI. With that money rather go in Sandersons Bukit Serdang. But again no project is bad. Depends what u looking for.

ya i agree commercial is abit too much, we still have others still blooming. Except they have some anchor tenants for their commercial to gain attraction else it would be slow takeup rate.

within 25km to KL, PJ.... MRT line 1 & 2.... consider good location....connected with SILK, Grand Saga, Lekas,, Besraya, Seremban Highway...still lot of freehold land....hidden gem actually....

If this can be completed on time with no water leaking, pop tiles and crooked walls....and most importantly no developer units competing with you for sale after VP, than can be considered a good buy!

2 * 2 tiles easy to pop especially from 2nd floor onwards for land house.
use 1 * 1 or 1 * 2 tiles is more reliable.
