Very competitive it is. I had witnessed and see for myself how hard the One Amerin sales people been pushing this, and kept on changing sales team and agents. at last count, probably 5 or 6 teams had came and went, banners and phone numbers been changed so many times. Signs of desperation?

This is exactly how sticker game is played. Putting stickers! at least 50% in it are stickered by developer. A lot are then owned/bought by developer associated companies and relatives. Go check how many Tans and Lims bought this. Case in point, come to their current completed project and take a look.
