Very competitive it is. I had witnessed and see for myself how hard the One Amerin sales people been pushing this, and kept on changing sales team and agents. at last count, probably 5 or 6 teams had came and went, banners and phone numbers been changed so many times. Signs of desperation?

The one just outside impian issit? top 3rd floor selling 180K as i saw the banner? So any update on the lexis project there? saw the plan and the long house type bungalow, very nice leh

i am not agent wo. Why u ask agent got how many commission?

here ond amerin saw only 20% block b. Silksky almost sold 90%. Silk resident 100% sold.

The 180k is the apartment up shop lot.

My unit is shoplot bought at 510k facing main road. .

But hope can sell 1mil. When one amerin ong thumbup.gif

This is exactly how sticker game is played. doh.gif Putting stickers! at least 50% in it are stickered by developer. A lot are then owned/bought by developer associated companies and relatives. Go check how many Tans and Lims bought this. Case in point, come to their current completed project and take a look.

Surprised that you are convinced just by the sticker board! lol.... This is version 5.0 already....you want see version 1 for Block A when initially launched? You will ROTFL.

I think the tan wife and husband lim deserve investors tulan them kau kau.

it is investors nightmare to complete with developers on vp.

Lucky me buy cheapest unit for renting out.

haha...like to shoot and expose this developer but not desperate to such an extent... rclxm9.gif hope they do well to bring the value up in this area but like to caution everyone of the behind the scene happenings of this developer.

Oh by the way, their abang adek gang of main con seemed to be building this One Amerin. Be very alert when VP. brows.gif better hire building inspector to check every nook and cranny.
