one should consider the population and spending power.
Subang A LOT of middle income group and conside one of the pack population areas. I dont think balakong can fight in this case. I doubt a lot bangla may really go to their favorite giant in the mall in and out |

If the feng Sui master talk like this
Place feng Sui is so good and the mall will do better , I think the developer first will promote the mall gao gao then only launch selling the tower block after mall opening . This type of developer just want grab money first . Gd luck to those buyer |
