earlier in the thread, salesman was telling Aeon, and now heard is Giant(which i think is more likely than Aeon obviously!) Current giant cater to a lot of foreign workers so keeping finger crossed that these foreign workers do not invade the mall when they move there.

The only thing is that the mall is facing 'inside' rather than the highway. This may not be as desirable? Nevertheless, more malls and more news is better for Taman Impian Ehsan area.

hopefully can get professional to manage the mall , like subang usj main place , even building is sucks but mall very happening now.

one should consider the population and spending power.

Subang A LOT of middle income group and conside one of the pack population areas.

I dont think balakong can fight in this case.

I doubt a lot bangla may really go to their favorite giant in the mall in and out smile.gif

Opposite the road, Bangla hang around in Segi fresh...cheap stuff....

Current Giant here, Bangla hang around there and also the cheap clothing shop opposite it. Will bangla go over to one amerin when its completed? quite possible since this is nearest where they stay in Impian Ehsan....Aeon Bigm Jusco Selatan and Mines a bit too far for them to walk....

If the feng Sui master talk like this
Place feng Sui is so good and the mall will do better , I think the developer first will promote the mall gao gao then only launch selling the tower block after mall opening . This type of developer just want grab money first . Gd luck to those buyer

Open tower B for sale, promote the mall gao gao, when the crowd is there, time to release tower A. haha
