Yeah residents prefer that coz quieter but mall tenants would prefer want it facing outside for better frontage. So what gives? Oh btw, there are units facing the highway isn't it?

I also hear developer not selling out mall lots and provided free shutter bus to ktm mrt

Confirmed that they will built badminton and skygarden in a n b.

I ask many sudah collect? Lawyer said not many collected but about 400 already signed.

If experiences in Impian Tropika is anything to go by, take whatever this developer says with a huge dose of salt. Cannot trust them to even organize a simple RA meeting so better not put your money that they say whatever in their sales talk.

Oh btw, the sales team had changed so many until need to give flyers and set up booth downstairs their office during weekend, trying to sell One Amerin and also some units in Impian tropika, and it was all thought that impian was fully sold out!lol

Soo Thien Ming? Out of the 400 perhaps need to ask how many surnames are TAN, and how many are associate companies and relatives of this developer....... brows.gif

very competitive, especially with two
near project. silk and sky.

that day was in Aeon Cheras Selatan,
at least 6 booths were set up for
property sales. times are bad. very few
even stop and enquired.

Mah Seng also were there to sell their
high density Southvillie s/apartment.
Many young couples stop and 6c6c.
However no taker.
Is it a sign of oversupply in general??
or the price is not matching with
the income??

how much commision these shopping
mall agent if sign up a property of
400k?? all sales personnel are sad faces.
may be zero sales on that saturday
