Yes i heard that too. However, there are quite a few units that are still owned by the developer and their relatives, so minus that out i think shouldn't be too many real owners left?

RA already formed months ago but all the current residents are still waiting for the RA meeting to be convene, not sure why the developer just keeping quiet on this. This would be the best time to iron out any issues and also the maintenance fees problem.

The RA meeting not sch after raya meah?

Also the sorrounding with the new shoplot look much better now.

The one amerin mall will bring up the value here n including yours thumbup.gif

just dont know why your developer still rent out that land to that factory infront of your taman. Can see air Pollution can see at night. (My tenant said)

Yeah the mall will bring the value up IF it succeeds, and if the developer delivers a good product but sorry i'm not a fan of them now. Nothing to lose for me but to buy their high rise product is a huge no no. I rather do Cheras Hong Soon ones outside.

I think Lexis will have a project behind this Taman? Drawings all out but no launch news yet.

For the sake of money they will do anything to extract the maximum profits, no regards whatsoever for the buyers and their customers.

Why the 7months delay. Look not reluable maintenance team.

Too many unknowns and mystery from this developer......Or should say bo chap??

With a mall is better for sure, just that the credibility and ability of this developer is in doubt to pull this off, and of course the value preposition in terms of getting a minimal defects product, and their commitment to this in future.

Yeah, hope Lexis quickly start work on theirs, it can only be good for my future house value to have something of this type nearby. rclxms.gif

Turn in amerin inside towards the end got 3 storey house, dont know the property there will get appreciated by this mall not.

Worth for own stay or invest?

If I'm not mistaken should be 2012. That time we have few unit to choose include the show unit, the show unit is selling for rm800k for everything's inside. My friend still left his unit empty there today. Lol
